Owen is not the most observant of persons . . . but it’s hard to miss when Ianto leaves Jack’s office with his tie askew and–”Ianto?”
“Yes?”
“Wasn’t Jack wearing that shirt earlier?”
Ianto looks down, smiles faintly, and looks back at him. “Yes, he was.”

Those last two lines are probably the best I’ve read in ages!!! Brilliant!!!!!

I doubt I’m going to write any more X-Files fic, though my approach generally is “never say never.” However, I haven’t watched the show for a long time and haven’t seen the second movie. I have a great deal of fondness for the X-Files but I don’t think I’m much of a fan anymore.

I am particularly fond of “An Acceptable Level of Happiness”, “Ghost, A Love Story” and “There But For the Grace of You”.
Out of sheer selfishness I must ask if there is any chance of your revisiting the X-Files. With the new movie there are so many opportunities for story-
telling or so many mistakes to fix – depending on your viewpoint. Please?
