Sweet-tart salad
Sunday, November 25th, 2007My sister invented this for our very unconventional Thanksgiving dinner this year. The tartness of the pink lady apple balances the Gorgonzola cheese beautifully.
Ingredients
- Fresh spinach
- crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- slivered almonds
- 1 pink lady apple, thinly sliced
Preparation
Adjust proportions to number of diners. Toss all ingredients with raspberry-walnut vinaigrette.
