Sweet-tart salad

My sister invented this for our very unconventional Thanksgiving dinner this year. The tartness of the pink lady apple balances the Gorgonzola cheese beautifully.

Ingredients

  • Fresh spinach
  • crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • slivered almonds
  • 1 pink lady apple, thinly sliced

Preparation

Adjust proportions to number of diners. Toss all ingredients with raspberry-walnut vinaigrette.
